"Himself is an art competition which aimed to call on dry techniques artists from around the country, older, to submit works done on paper. Entries must be made with colored pencil techniques (Polychrome or watercolor), graphite, charcoal, chalk pastel or chalk pencils or oil.
The call is from the 6 / 9 to 10/12/2010.
The jury is composed of prestigious artists of the medium. Ms. Josefina Robirosa recognized painter, Carlos Ara Monti prominent artist and Eduardo Stupía, a renowned artist.
The prize will be awarded to the winner is $ 6,000 in cash plus FC products. For the second will be $ 3,000 and 3rd place, $ 2,000 more FC products. Will also be three honorable mentions with diplomas and FC products.
The mechanics of the contest is as follows: Participants must register online at our website www.faber-castell.com.ar , complete the form here record and print to be sent along with the folder of photos of the works presented. For the selection of works will not be original, interested parties must submit A4 folder with three photos of three different works no earlier than 2 years. The jury will choose from these 3 only 1 to participate in the prize. 30 works will be selected to be exhibited in April 2011 in the New World Art Gallery, located on the street Av Callao 1870 Capital Federal.
